Planting & Pruning
Pruning
For those that appreciate plants and the high value that they bring to your local environment in creating a sense of well being and even peace, I would be able to bring my knowledge, skills and experience to manage those treasured plants. Pruning them in the right way at the right time and ensuring their healthy continued development.
You may already have a gardener who cuts the hedges and the lawn and does a good job, however you might be nervous about letting them tend to your valued fruit trees or prized Wisteria. This is where I can help.
Often plants have become neglected and overgrown and require careful renovation pruning and retraining in order to bring them back to full  flowering and fruiting potential and just to tidy them so that they look presentable.

  • Climbers  and Wall Shrubs - Wisteria, Campsis, Garrya Elliptica, Clematis, Akebia, Jasmine etc

Planting
Whether you are looking to revive an existing border or completely start again in part of your garden, I can provide planting plans of suitable trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants.
I would spend time with you discussing your preferences and the suitability with the current house and garden style so that the correct varieties of plants are chosen.
Based on my wide knowledge of plants which grow well in our particular climate I would make selections suitable for your site, soil and growing environment.
When the plans are finalised I would be able to source the plants and get them planted for you.
